I've never really been a big sleeper. I would always goto bed around 1am and wake up around 6/7am. But now i can't seem to get more than 3/4hrs max. I have been taking sleeping pills for the last 3 nights now in an effort to try and get myself back into a good cycle again. The hardest thing is coming home really tired and trying not to fall asleep for a couple of hours before i actually want to goto bed. Too many times in the last month i have fallen asleep around 9pm and then woken up a couple of hrs later and then not been able to sleep the rest of the night.
Even last night i fell asleep sometime between 9 and 10 and woke up infront of the tv about 11.30pm. I then got up took a couple of pills and went straight back to bed. Luckily i got a few extra hours after that. But i need a full nights sleep to get into the right pattern again. At the moment i just seem stuck in a never ending cycle :( |

| Twisted my ankle |

What a dumb ass, i stepped out of the van earlier while on a farm and twisted my ankle :( It is fecking killing me right now. So today was really another day that finished by lunch time as i've done nothing since.
The highlight of the day has to be passing a McDonalds and seeing a guy trying to use the drive through on a push bike lmao.
Can't really put much weight on my ankle right now, i so hope it doesn't fuck up my weekend. |

It can't get here quick enough for me, although this has been one of my busiest weeks work wise for a long time. Spent the whole day doing one job today and i'm back there tomorrow to finish off. And as it's the weekend i might take the rest of the day off (unofficially of course lol). And if my boss does moan i've made him plenty of cash this week so he can't complain :D
Don't know why but i actually feel like shopping on Saturday. That is fecking weird for me :o Sunday should be a day down the pubs with some mates for the football play off 1st leg. Looking forward to it although last time we went there to watch an important game we lost..d'oh. |

Woke up this morning with a slight stomach ache but that was gone by the time i left for work....yay
Feeling so much better now :)
I did some work today :o *hope you're sitting down if you're reading this Lizzie* lol
Went into work first thing to do some hoses for the depot, then went and measured up for another job in Newhaven. As we have another depot there i thought i'd pop along and have a cuppa. Well it was 10.15am and it had been a hard day lmao. But before i could finish my drink i got another call out for a job about 45min away. A tractor had broken down on a farm and needed Bob to fix it haha.
Who invented Country roads? :( I had to drive about 5 or 6 miles off the main road down a single track. Some stupid woman came flying around the corner and actually drove me off the road. Thought i was gonna end up in a ditch (the fecking bitch).
Well after that it was back to the Southwick depot to finish off some other hoses. By this time it was about 1.30pm. I needed to sort some tickets out for the football play offs so decided i'd take the rest of the day off and go do that. The club shop told me they'd sold my seats to someone else by mistake though...what a balls up. Told them i'd still sit in my seat though as they had no right to sell my seat. The other peeps will just have to sit in the seats they gave me.
Managed to get everything done by 3.20pm and thought i'd head down to the seafront and chill out. Got something to eat and started to read the paper when my phone rang with another job :( Luckily it was just up the road and only took me 20mins to do. Got to almost 4pm and thought i might just aswell go home and chill out.
Had someone else ring me wanting to go fix a job at 5.30pm but i managed to talk him out of it until tomorrow morning :) Why do today what you can do tomorrow i say lol
I was contemplating putting the BBQ on but i think i'll have one tomorrow night instead as i only have steak to cook :( |

| What a crap weekend :( |

Went home sick on Friday and my whole weekend that followed sucked too. Saturday i woke up with a bad neck and my glands were giving me grief too. I was in quite abit of pain so decided to spend the day in bed. Could do nothing much but watch TV all day :(
Woke up Sunday and the neck pain had gone, but still had sore throat and the stomach ache had come back. Another day in bed in front of the TV doing nothing.
This morning i woke up and my throat was better, but still had abit of a stomach ache. Went into work 1st thing this morning, and then skivved off for the rest of it. Came home at 4pm with a bad headache :( But the stomach ache has now gone again.
I was suppose to be going out tonight, but my friend Vicki rang my this morning to cancel. I wasn't too disappointed when she did as it wouldn't have been that great if i wasn't feeling 100%. Although it wasn't good to hear the reason she cancelled was coz her husband had fallen down the stairs and cracked his ribs. Too much boozing this weekend apparently.
Got a letter from BT today which was a fucking joke. Apparently they're scrapping my current package "Standard line rental" and replacing it with BT Together Option 1. Now although this will only cost me an extra £1 a month, it is their reason for doing it that has pissed me off. Apparently us stupid BT customers are confused as to what Standard line rental call charges are :/ In other words lets bullshit everyone into paying an extra £1 and make millions more. |

Seems like there must be a bug doing the rounds as everyone i know (moi included) is feeling sick :(
I've not felt too good the last few days but i just put that down to tiredness as i've not been sleeping well. I woke up this morning with a dodgy tummy, but couldn't take the day off as i was already booked to do a job in Eastbourne first thing. Well i just about managed to get the job done in the end, i was there for almost 3hrs though. I was working under a break down truck indoors and i kept getting these flushes and feeling sick. So each time i had to get up and go outside for air and then come back. Well by the time i had finished i really thought i was gonna chunder all over the place :(
So i rang work and told them i'd been sick (little white lie) and that i wouldn't be coming back in this afternoon like they'd asked. Luckily most of the people that matter have the day off so no questions will be asked :) So i've had the rest of the day off to relax and try and get better for the weekend :D |

Brighton and Hove Buses almost fuck me over for the 2nd time in 3 days :(
Being a bank holiday i checked the bus timetable online so i knew when to get to the bus stop around the corner. Being clever i got there 5mins earlier just to make sure. Was going to see Kill Bill at 12.00am and as the cinema only opens at 11.50am thought it would be best to book the tickets online before hand. That way you can miss the Q's and use the ticket collection machine :)
So i get to the bus stop and 20mins after the bus was due it finally turned up. I think Mr Magoo must have been driving the bus as he managed to crash into the bus stop smashing his wing mirror. Now having already paid for the tickets i was now worried that i'd get there late and the film would have started. Luckily Mr Magoo had no other accidents along the way and had just enough time to walk down to the cinema and get the tickets.
Now you would think that as this government wants everyone to abandon their cars and use public transport that they would do their best to run a decent service. But that is now twice in one weekend they've fucked me around. Next time i'll certainly be thinking of using the car. Bank holidays DO NOT mean less people wanting to use the buses so why run less for just as many people?

Just got home from the football and it's a complete mess in town today.
I was alittle late setting off at lunch time but i still had time to spare. Waited and waited at the bus stop for the bus and it just never came. After 20mins (they're spose to run every 6/7mins) i was beginning to think wtf? Then a bus came the opposite way so i was like ok that means 1 is due my way. 2 mins after that left another came by in the same direction. At this point i didn't think anything about this as the old saying is you wait long enough and 2 buses come along together. But then a minute later a 3rd turned up, then a 4th and then a 5th. 5 fecking No1 buses going the same way inlike 4 or 5 mins. Being the genius that i am (lol) i knew something was up, and rathetr than waiting for the buses to do the loop and come back down i decided to walk to another bus stop ono a different route. BUt when i got there i found about 50 peeps waiting there and a massive traffic jam. So now i'm beginning to panic thinking i'll miss the kick off. Luckily in the end i managed to get a mate to pick me up and i got there 5mins before the game started. And to top it off it looked like it was gonna rain so i took my big coat and then 25mins later it's bright sunshine and i'm being cooked :(
I guess the good thing is that we finally won 1-0 and are in the end of season play offs :) |

Woke up this morning and found a box of Swiss Delice Chocobloc Blanc on my work top :D
And for those wondering wtf? It's fine white chocolate with almond, honey, nougat. White choccie is the best ever :)
Mum had bought it for me from the £1 shop yesterday. They normal sell for like £6, so i think i'm gonna have to pay a visit and buy the rest in the shop lol.

This week really started to drag on and on :( Probably the change of lovely warm weather to rain and clouds didn't help much. 3 day weekend again which will be cool, more time for me to be lazy lol. I hope the forecast is good though as the BBQ is dying to come out of the shed :D
Had a funny incident while driving down in Petworth today. I drove down onto a farm to see some guy and then headed off into the wilderness and got lost. None of the country roads had any road names so i couldn't even look on my maps to tell where i was. Also there wasn't another person or car to be seen anywhere. So i figured the only thing i could do was drive till i either saw someone, a road sign or came to a major road. Well after about 45mins of driving i ended up back at the farm i started from lol. I guess it doesn't sound that funny now lol
Anyway the rest of the day was pretty boring so i decided to finish early again. I so love to give my boss value for money lmao

Heard some of the stuff on the radio said about Britney's Wembley gig last night. At first they played all these negative comments. One fan said the performance was crap and that the sexual moves on stage were pathetic. She also went on to add that Britney's career was obviously at an end. Oh and apparently she mimed pretty much all of the gig. Some mums also complained that the act was too raunchy for their children.
But in the next hour they played the positive comments of all the fans that had the time of their lives.
Was alittle shocked to hear that programmes were £15 though :o Has it been that long since i was last at a gig or is that just bloody expensive? lol
And this is for you Dav (well ok me too haha)

2 months today and i'll be on my way to Dublin....yay :)
Not had any time off yet this year unless you count my nans funeral. So i'm very much looking forward to getting away from work.
I'm gonna be in Dublin from the 26th June - 1st July. Only an ickle break but plenty of time for a good craic in the Emerald Isle :D I haven't even got a scooby who else will be there yet, but i'm sure most of the usual gang will be there for the Corrs gigs on the 28th and 29th.
Certainly looking forward to some nights out in the Temple bar area ;) Will anyone have the pace to keep up with me in the drinking stakes? I sure hope so coz i won't want to be sober the whole time lol.
